STK stuns with new seafood dishes

Everyone knows it’s the sexy scene and the succulent steaks that keep STK at the top of the heap…right?

It’s certainly true that the Cosmopolitan hotspot remains a favorite on the Strip, but those are just two reasons why. A recent menu overhaul from Chef Stephen Hopcraft has not only added exciting new dishes for Vegas regulars, but his cool cuisine has been made more consistent across all STK locations around the world. So now when you find something you love on your next trip to the Strip, you can enjoy the same dish in Atlanta, Miami, London or Milan.

STK has always made eating lighter just as delicious, but new seafood selections are ready to stun you. An appetizer of perfectly seared scallops piled on savory risotto cakes with roasted fennel and saffron cream brings new dimensions of flavor – a really nice way to make bivalves. Follow this dish with the new spicy tuna dish: seared sesame medallions of bright red fish drizzled with mango and red curry sauces, a sweet and spicy contrast balanced by earthy trumpet mushrooms.
