Church’s restaurant offers seafood dishes with garlic butter for Lent

Looking for food to eat during Lent?

Church’s will be offering $5 garlic butter seafood dishes for a limited time at participating restaurants during Lent.

The restaurant chain’s star dish is the Garlic Butter Shrimp ‘N’ Tenders Platter, which includes four Garlic Butter Shrimp and two Garlic Butter Tenders with fries, a salad of cabbage and a honey butter cookie.

Other dishes include prawns in garlic butter and crispy fish in garlic butter. Foodies can also use garlic butter seasoning packets to add to other menu items.

Church's will be offering a garlic butter shrimp platter and other garlic butter seafood platters during the Lenten season.

All seasonal items are available for a limited time at all participating Church’s restaurants, while supplies last, according to a press release.

“Garlic butter is one of those flavors that consumers just can’t get enough of, it really makes everything taste better,” says Jennifer Chasteen, vice president of strategy and activation at the mark for Church’s. “When it comes to flavors exclusive to Church’s, we believe in going all out. For us, that means giving our customers even more choice in how to enjoy their meals this Lenten season.”

The Lenten special started on February 20 and will run for a limited time.
