The Cincinnati Bengals have officially signed free agents Alex Cappa and Ted Karras. The team announced the move on Twitter, with several tweets showing the Cincinnati players. Cappa comes to the Bengals from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Karras comes from the Patriots. The pair also appeared together for a press conference at Paul Brown Stadium on Friday. Capp said he saw what the team did last season and was excited to be a part of next season. “I knew it was a good place to come to and a place where we can be competitive,” Cappa said. Cappa said he and Karras had dinner with Joe Burrow Thursday night at Jeff Ruby’s popular steakhouse. “I had the Burrow steak,” Cappa said, referring to Jeff Ruby’s popular menu. Head coach Zac Taylor also attended the dinner, Jeff Ruby told WLWT. Karras said he was ready to get to work. “I’m very excited to be here, I can’t wait for spring to start so I can start getting to know everyone,” Karras said.
