When I had this particular dish, it was prepared by Sous Chef Mark Wagner, who took the time to come to my table after I asked to compliment him on the dish, and he was extremely professional and courteous. The whole dining experience and atmosphere, from service to dinner, was amazing, and I would highly recommend this restaurant and this dish to anyone world.

Salmon Dave’s Pacific Grille Scallop Appetizer
Tiffani Tucker, Cleveland 19 News anchor and owner of Have A Slice Cakes: “It’s the perfect mix of sweet and tart with a kick of tang! I’m in love with Salmon Dave’s Blackened Scallops. The three diver scallop appetizer comes with their Napa Cole Slaw, with a hint of red onion and seasoned peppers, with sherry vinegar and honey (that’s where the sweetness comes in!) Wait, there’s more, it’s topped with their homemade remoulade sauce. I’m hungry just thinking about it! I can never go wrong ordering their menu.”

Shrimp and Grits at Soho Chicken + Whiskey
John Telich, Fox 8 Cleveland sportscaster: “I love the vibe of this place on West 25th. This was the first place I tried shrimp and grits. In fact, I had never really been exposed to southern dishes until I came here several years ago with my family. Now, we have brunch there on occasion. The Shrimp and Grits dish features butter-poached shrimp, andouille sausage, and these cheesy grits. To like. !! I usually get their deviled eggs which are a treat in themselves. And the owners, Nolan and Molly are the nicest, coolest people you will meet. Highly recommend Soho!”
