5D Steakhouse Brings Steaks to $2.8M Kerrville Restaurant

“Our concept really fits and we think Kerrville is right there in the heart of the Hill Country,” said Brianne Dlugosch, owner of 5D Steakhouse. “Our family has always loved vacationing there, so we fell in love with this area. I always thought to myself that if I found the right property that we would build and we would find the right property.”

5D Steakhouse is located at 2132 Sidney Baker Street in Kerrville. Construction of the building was pushed back due to unseen issues beyond their control, Dlugosch says, the shortage of supplies and the economy were to blame for the delay. According to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing, the $2.8 million, 9,366 square foot building was expected to be completed by April 1.
The restaurant offers appetizers like fried pickles, Boudin Balls, and Texas cheese fries, but they also have “specialty appetizers,” like jalapeno quail poppers, chicken tails crawfish and fried oysters. 5D Steakhouse serves rib eye, tenderloin and the “king of all steaks”, 5D’s famous 22-ounce Porterhouse.

5D Steakhouse offers daily bar specials, beer, wine, margaritas and their signature drink, Fishbowl Punch, which is Captain Morgan, Malibu Rum, Blue Curacao, Peach Schnapps, Juice pineapple, sweet and sour and Sprite, all served in a 60 ounce fishbowl.
On Fridays, at all locations, restaurant employees wear red to honor the overseas men and women in the military. 5D Steakhouse was founded in Yorktown in 2015, about 80 miles southeast of San Antonio, by Peter and Patricia Dlugosch, Brianne’s parents. In 2018, Brianne Dlugosch took over operations.
She said the company was in “growth mode” and was looking for properties in the Hill Country to set up future restaurants.
