Christian Students Mental Health (blog)

"A recent survey from the Association of University and College Counsellors shows that the proportion of students with serious or severe mental illness has risen substantially over the last few years in some sectors of higher education. The mental health of students is thought to be worse than that of the general population: some studies estimate that 30% to 50% of students suffer from varying levels of anxiety and depression."
She writes out of her own experience of depression throughout university. Lots of good articles and testimony and only just starting out. Helpful articles provided, more to come. This blog is well worth being aware of.
