A similar text that I found very useful when I first became a Christian about 11 years ago, and shortly afterwards was revising for my finals at university, is Psalm 127:2 - "In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat - for he grants sleep to those he loves" (NIV, as that was my Bible de chose at that time).
